aN Graded Banknote
A Visual Guide to an aN Graded Banknote
We currently offer two types of grading - the first is base on the 70 point Sheldon Scale and the second type is base on IBNS / Hooper 9 Point scale. Below are 2 examples of the end product of our grading and encapsulation serive. This visual guide is an excellent way of getting to know our way of packing and protecting the banknote that a collector send to us for grading. There are 8 key features worth noting and every part of this process is carefully planned and materials are selected base on their quality, only the best will do.
Note : Our grading scale has 8 levels compared to IBNS's 9 levels. We have made a concious decision to remove one level i.e. "Fair" ,we feel that it is not much difference from "Poor", hence we've decided to combine the 2 into 1 level instead.
